Mourning Lenore

Portugal - Active.

Description

Death/Doom

Mourning Lenore is strongly influenced by both Novembers Doom and Edgar Allan Poe. Needless to say the result is melodic doom/death with a strong focus on melancholy and lost romances. The music gains some freshness from occasional jazzy sections in the vein of Winds. For the most part, their music could be placed in the camp of bands like Swallow the Sun and Daylight Dies.
