Stoner/Doom, Funeral Doom
Gallileous is a bizarre Polish band that, over the course of several
demos and full-length albums, have drastically changed their sound.
Their first demo, Doomsday, is one of the earliest examples of Funeral
Doom, lying among the darkest sounds of Bethlehem, Thergothon,
and Worship. About twenty years later, having passed through a slow Death/Doom phase, the band now plays a very relaxed and melodic blend of Stoner, Doom, and Psychedelic Rock that fits in with the new wave of retro Sabbathian Doom bands. |
