Death/Doom, Avantgarde Doom Named after a genus of moth Aglaomorpha is a Russian trio that alternate between play an unorthodox mixture of grinding death metal and plodding funeral doom/death. The project has the intensity of Tyranny, the vocals of Until Death Overtakes Me, the ambiance of Dolorian, the aggression of Cannibal Corpse, and the pure unholyness of P.H.O.B.O.S. The overall sound lie closest to the latter, but this beast is more than difficult to categorize. |
