Fatum Aeternum

Israel - Active.

Description

Gothic/Doom

A somewhat borderline inclusion, Haifa-based band Fatum Aeternum most often sound like folk-influenced beauty-and-the-beast Gothic/Dark Metal, and describe themselves as a Crossover band. However, they were originally inspired by, and do contain a core of Gothic Doom, and some tracks steer more closely towards this genre. To quote from the introductory interview: "thickness and atmosphere in the music and meaningful, philosophical ideas in the lyrics are top priorities for us and thatís why we include ourselves in the doom genre".
