Death/Doom Previously known as Elysium, the band changed their name to Stone Wings in 2002. Very epic and melodic death/doom metal that puts great emphasis on flowing lead melodies and majestic synthesizers, much like Morgion only lighter and gloomier sounding. The band split up in 2012. Guitarist and songwriter Stuart Prickett is now the mastermind of The Slow Death, which is more or less a continuation of the music he wrote in Stone Wings. |
