Funeral Doom Slow painful mixture between funeral doom and death-doom. One of the more extreme doom-metal acts around at this time. Very low -ghostlike- grunts and haunting sometimes more soundscape-like music create a very haunting and depressing atmosphere. When listening to their music it comes as no surprise they name bands such as Skepticism and Until Death Overtakes Me as their influences. According to the band themselves they "want to express the feelings of a walker in this long journey to the eternal rest". Which seems to fit very well with the type of music this band creates. |
