Jesu

United Kingdom - Active.

Description

Post-Metal/Post-Core, Drone/Doom

The name Jesu instantly reminds one of Jesus. And that connection is quite fitting as this is "goodhearted" Drone Doom. Both Progressive and Industrial elements are present within their sound. This is not to say that these guys don't play heavy, because they truly do, but it should be noted that the sometime-uplifting nature of the music does force them to leave Doom metal from time to time.
