Death/Doom, Funeral Doom Maybe the ultimate doom metal band creating a very powerful atmosphere filled with apathy, insanity, hate and disgust for the human race. Ultra slow music, very long tracks, a devastating, apocalyptic sound with samples (on their early releases) and highly distorted vocals. Their roots are in the early extreme doom/death and funeral doom sector, but their sound has always been unique enough to have had a significant impact on the development of extreme doom. |

Because the tracks can range anything from +- 3 minutes to +- 27 minutes, most of their albums became double CDs (due to the extremely long running time). The re-release of 'Esoteric Emotions: The Death of Ignorance' was unofficial and on CDr, but nevertheless the demo tracks were remastered. |
