Flatlands

United Kingdom - Active.

Description

Genre not specified

Flatlands is a borderline band. Their tracks are half and half of post-rock (Isis and Neurosis style) and heavy doom/sludge (Grief and Gluey Porch Treatments era Melvins style). They rarely mix the two styles. Instead they seem to prefer to jump from the sad 'rainy day' melodies and straight onto the filthy sludgecore aggression.
