| Ambient, Drone/Doom Aural Holograms is one of several bands operating under the Helixes collective tied to the Aural Hypnox label. Its primary members are A. Haapapuro (Dolorian) and J. Saivo (Funcunt, and others), and it deals with live field recording of Drone-based pieces using natural materials, primitive instruments and additional guest musicians as and when required. The results sit somewhere on the borders of Dark Ambient and Drone/Funeral Doom. |
