| Sludge/Doom, Stoner/Doom Instrumental duo Canyon Of The Skull hail from Austin, Texas and describe themselves as "Blackened Doom of the American Southwest". Any blackened influence isn't especially noticeable on their debut, which steers between the slow and brutal ends of both Stoner/ and Sludge/Doom, but both guitarist/bassist Erik Ogershok and drummer Adrian Voorhies have plenty of Black Metal pedigree from previous bands. |
