Funeral Doom One of the ultimate doom bands: ultra slow, very depressive and dark music. Brilliant use of an organ to create an atmosphere which is at times serene and austere and at other times full of tension and dissonance. The track 'The March and the Stream' (found in two different versions on the 'Ethere' and 'Lead and Aether' albums) is by many considered to be one of the finest examples of extreme doom metal. |
