| Sludge/Doom Founded by drummer turned vocalist/guitarist Mercedes Lander (also of Kittie), Ontario trio The White Swan describe their sound as "Dirty sludge synth rock". Sludgy Sabbath-influenced Doom riffs contrast with clean vocals and some spacy background keys, giving them some separation and different character to most of the female-fronted Stoner-type acts out there. |
