| Sludge/Doom The Ottawa trio of Longhouse formed in 2013, dealing with themes around the perseverance of the human spirit and its interaction with nature. For a groove-oriented Sludge band, they have a surprisingly clean sound that sometimes verges on both atmospheric Post-Metal and more Trad-style guitar work. The vocals are, however, quite typically hoarse and furious. |
