Death/Doom Good quality melodic doom/death with plentiful of gothic-metal touches. Whispering Gallery's music is romantic, sorrowful, and atmospheric, and yet heavy, slow and aggressive. Featuring a range of male vocals including grunts, screams and melodious but pained singing, as well as heavy dosages of keyboards, they are comparable to country men Morphia and Officium Triste. Hardly very original, but very good nevertheless, Whispering Gallery will surely appeal to mellow, tragic modern doom fanatics. |
