Death/Doom Imindain was created when the dark electronic band Killing Mercy split up. The band plays heavy, yet melodic doom/death with a slight gothic element here and there. The band varies their influences from the depressive Anathema and My Dying Bride to uptempo parts like diSEMBOWELMENT, to a more peaceful and slightly folkish sound like Agalloch. Both clean male vocals and growls can be heard. And with all these influences in the picture it has to be said that the band does experiment a bit with the mixtures of sounds. |
