Quick introductory interview.

Interview with Face The Flames.
1. Who are you and how did the band get started?

We are Face The Flames. A heavy two piece out of Phoenix, AZ USA.

2. Why did you choose Doom, and how would you describe your style?

I’m not sure if we really set out to choose any one sort of genre? As a two piece, we just play as heavy and as loud as we can with the end result being Face The Flames.

3. What would you consider to be the high point of your career so far?

Sharing the stage with the mighty Mantar from Germany was pretty awesome.
Releasing our first extended single, two track CD Desert Witch has been pretty fun as well.

4. Which three bands most influenced you?

If I can only pick three? I’d say Electric Wizard, WHORES., and Mantar.

5. What are your plans for the near future?

Getting back into the studio to record an actual four or six song EP. We’re also looking into coordinating a small west coast tour possibly next summer. And of course playing as many shows as possible.

6. If there is anything you would like to add, the last words are yours.

Low, Heavy and Lazy!
