| 2020-08-02 : New remastered compilation from The River UK Doom band The River are about to release 'Different Dirges' through Pariah Child. Preorders are now open, and release date is 7th August. 'Different Dirges' is a remastering of the 'Oneiric Dirges In Mono' and 'Different Ways To Be Haunted' demos, from 2003 and 2005 respectively, with added rare and previously-unreleased material. From the Pariah Child website: "Now both "Oneiric Dirges In Mono" and "Different Ways…" have enjoyed a beefy remastering. Recorded the year between them, the first and unreleased take of "Alone With My Thoughts" has been included as a bonus. Do also bear in mind that "White Library" appears nowhere else in their discography and if that were still not enough, the spirit of the collective demo artwork has been fused for the special occasion.
